  • Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and provides recommendations to improve go-to-market effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, accountability, and data accessibility.

Development & Execution

  • Supports the development and maintenance of new business revenue and gross profit forecasts by leveraging sales funnel data and retrospective performance analyses to enhance forecast accuracy over time.

  • Develops and maintains analytical tools, models, and reporting resources that support Business Development activities, including bid preparation, manufacturer negotiations, and commercial presentations.
  • Manages day-to-day administration and support of go-to-market systems and reporting processes, including CRM data quality, dashboard maintenance, reporting enhancements, and process documentation to enable stronger collaboration and operational effectiveness.
