GoHighLevel Expert

This is a complete REMOTE opportunity.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to join our team. In this role, you will own the setup, management, and optimization of our marketing automation, sales funnels, and CRM pipelines. Success in this position means creating seamless, high-converting automated workflows that drive growth and improve our overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and optimize high-converting landing pages, websites, and sales funnels directly within GoHighLevel.
• Develop and maintain complex automated workflows, including email sequences, SMS campaigns, and ringless voicemail drops.
• Manage CRM pipelines, custom fields, tags, and smart lists to ensure efficient lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party applications and software using webhooks, Zapier, or Make.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, test campaigns before deployment, and regularly monitor system performance to ensure maximum usability.
• Assist with client onboarding and provide technical support or training for internal team members using the platform.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience actively building and managing systems within GoHighLevel.
• Understanding of marketing automation, lead generation strategies, and CRM best practices.
• Proficiency in setting up triggers, campaigns, and advanced workflow logic.
• Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, Stripe, etc.) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
