What to Expect Rate: $7.00 USD per hour. Hours: Part-Time (~5 hours per week). Format: Remote project-based support handling technical GHL builds and visual web/landing page assets. Working Style: Independent, proactive operator with high technical aptitude and a strong eye for visual design. About the Role We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy GoHighLevel Specialist & Web Designer to manage and support ongoing technical and design tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for setup and configuration in GoHighLevel (GHL), as well as designing visually appealing sales pages, landing pages, websites, and digital product assets. The ideal candidate seamlessly bridges technical implementation with creative execution—combining robust automation capabilities with a keen eye for high-converting visual design. GoHighLevel (GHL) Administration & Setup Workflow Architecture: Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows, triggers, pipelines, and technical backend integrations inside GHL. System Management: Manage contact databases, tagging structures, sub-accounts, and technical platform settings across active projects. Backend Maintenance: Ensure all technical setups run smoothly without broken logic or dropped lead data. 2. Web & Landing Page Design Page Development: Design and build engaging, user-friendly sales pages, websites, and digital product pages directly within GHL builders. Visual Asset Creation: Use Canva (or similar design platforms) to craft custom graphics, page layouts, banner assets, and digital product mockups. Responsive Optimization: Ensure all web assets are fully responsive, optimized for both desktop and mobile, and strictly aligned with brand guidelines. 3. Technical Troubleshooting & Support System Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical glitches, domain/DNS settings, form integrations, and custom GHL features quickly and independently. Conversion Optimization: Continuously audit and optimize page loading performance, visual aesthetics, and user navigation to improve overall conversion rates. What We're Looking For (Required) Hands-On GoHighLevel Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience configuring, managing, and building out projects within GoHighLevel. Graphic & Web Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Canva (or equivalent visual platforms) to design high-converting sales assets and page layouts. Technical Aptitude: Deep technical problem-solving skills to manage platform setups, API integrations, DNS configurations, and logic-based workflows. Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ability to balance backend functionality with flawless front-end aesthetics. Proactive Communication: Clear, self-directed, and capable of managing evolving tasks within a lightweight weekly allocation (~5 hours/week). Nice to Have Prior experience supporting digital product launches, sales funnels, or online course builds. Familiarity with HTML/CSS customization inside GoHighLevel page builders.
