Job Requirements: Min 3 years Proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC/SEO tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with SEO principles is an advantage but not required. Core responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion rate optimization. Audience Targeting: Conduct detailed audience research to identify and build targeted custom audiences, including lookalikes, interests, and retargeting segments. Ad Copy & Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content that align with audience interests and trends. Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI, adjusting based on performance and strategic insights. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to derive insights and improve campaign outcomes. A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, and audience segments to continually improve performance. Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices to ensure that all campaigns are compliant and optimized. SEO Integration (Preferred): Utilize SEO knowledge to inform PPC strategy and keyword research, ensuring alignment between paid campaigns and organic search performance.
