Google Ads Account Manager

We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist to own a portfolio of roughly 12 client accounts spanning Lead Gen and eCommerce. You'll be the go-to strategist and technician for these accounts, driving measurable performance day to day.

Role Description

You'll manage approximately 12 client accounts across Lead Gen and eCommerce, owning both the strategy and the hands-on execution behind them.

Your day-to-day will include:

Campaign Management & Strategy

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen/YouTube).
• Build custom strategies tailored to lead gen and eCommerce goals.
• Write ad copy that converts, and brief the creative team on assets needed to support it.

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze performance daily to identify opportunities and scale effectively.
• Track key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CPA, CTR) with precision.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B tests, and competitor analysis.

Client Reporting & Alignment

• Build clear, actionable reports that break down campaign performance.
• Own proactive client communication - weekly updates and monthly reporting, not just performance execution.
• Communicate wins, challenges, and next steps with clarity.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to keep performance sharp.

Role Requirements

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years' experience managing Google Ads for lead gen and eCommerce.
• Deep understanding of Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and more.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, landing pages, GTM, and Merchant Center.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort owning client relationships directly.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced team.
• Google Ads certifications (bonus points, but not required).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with high-volume eCom brands or complex lead gen funnels.
• Familiarity with copywriting frameworks and full-funnel strategy.
