Overview : Remote Filo is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Google Analytics 4(GA4) Expert. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and capable of managing client communications effectively. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment where you can contribute to a variety of industries while developing your professional skills. This is a flexible, retainer-based role where you will work on projects as needed, with an estimated workload of 5-20 hours per week. You'll have a lead time of 12 weeks for requests and will collaborate with our team to support analytics, website, and marketing technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and optimize GA4 properties, including event tracking, goals, and reporting. Audit and enhance existing GA4 configurations for accuracy and effectiveness. Integrate GA4 with Drupal and HubSpot to ensure seamless data collection and reporting. Provide insights from analytics to inform website improvements and marketing strategies. Troubleshoot data collection and integration issues in Drupal and HubSpot. Generate custom reports and dashboards tailored to business needs. Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing, to effectively interact with team members and clients. Required Qualifications and Skills: 2-4+ Years of proven expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, configuration, and reporting. Strong knowledge of Drupal CMS , including module integration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in HubSpot , especially in marketing automation and reporting. Understanding of data integration between platforms like GA4, Drupal, and HubSpot. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
