FactSet creates flexible, open data and software solutions for over 200,000 investment professionals worldwide, providing instant access to financial data and analytics that investors use to make crucial decisions.

At FactSet, our values are the foundation of everything we do. They express how we act and operate, serve as a compass in our decision-making, and play a big role in how we treat each other, our clients, and our communities. We believe that the best ideas can come from anyone, anywhere, at any time, and that curiosity is the key to anticipating our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations.

We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace & Gemini Enterprise Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end management, configuration, and optimization of our Google Workspace environment, with a key focus on embedding Google Gemini AI capabilities into business workflows. You will also bring strong Microsoft 365 administration expertise, supporting a seamless and integrated hybrid environment across both platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the full Google Workspace suite including Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Chat, and Admin Console.
  • Deploy and maintain Gemini Enterprise integrations within Google Workspace, including AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Architect and maintain integrations between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including directory sync, SSO, and cross-platform collaboration tools.
  • Oversee identity and access management across both platforms, including SAML/OAuth, MFA, and conditional access policies.
  • Monitor system health and performance across Google Admin Console, Google Vault, and Microsoft 365 Defender portals.
  • Lead user migrations, onboarding, and offboarding workflows across both platforms.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials for end users and the IT team.
  • Collaborate with the security team to enforce DLP policies, audit logs, and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging Google and Microsoft productivity and AI tools.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and configuring Google Workspace at an organizational level.

Critical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Google Gemini AI within Workspace — configuration, deployment, and user enablement.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Google Workspace and M365 environments — federated identity, dual-platform mail routing, and calendar interoperability.
  • Solid knowledge of SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and directory sync tools (Google Cloud Directory Sync, Azure AD Connect).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Admin SDK, Apps Script, and Cloud APIs for automation.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance tooling across both platforms — Google Vault, M365 Compliance Centre, and DLP policies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Desired/Additional Skills:

  • Google Workspace Administrator or Google Cloud certification (or Microsoft equivalent — M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert).
  • Hands-on experience with AppSheet, Looker Studio, or Workspace Marketplace app deployment.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Google Apps Script for automation.
  • Exposure to endpoint management via Google Endpoint Management or Microsoft Intune.
  • Proven experience supporting a hybrid Microsoft/Google environment at scale (500+ users).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant
