Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (remote, work from home) | Employment type: Full-time | Experience level: Entry level

Namaa Partners is growing its governance and risk practice in Saudi Arabia and needs a Governance and Risk Analyst there. You will help family enterprises and corporate groups set out who decides what: you review board and committee charters, map delegations of authority and keep risk registers up to date with the people who own each risk. The position is full-time and remote from anywhere in the Kingdom. Our team is based in Oklahoma City, eight to nine hours behind Riyadh depending on the season, so some calls take place in your evening.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in law, finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- Some experience in governance, risk, compliance or audit, including internships.
- Experience reading policies, contracts or regulations in your studies or work
- Excel and Word, including tracked changes and comments
