As a Governance & Technical Advisory Senior Consultant , you will join our team with the mission of leading complex digital transformation programs and ensuring effective IT governance. You will support our clients in I T Technical Advisory and PMO/Program & Portfolio Management activities, leveraging your expertise in IT and your management skills. Directly interacting with our customers, you will lead architecture choices with a strong eye on business to bridge technology and business needs. Specifically, you will help our customers to drive the change with specific tasks: Design and implement of IT Governance frameworks in line with leading practices Technical advisory on IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains. Define, establish, and evolve PMO models for the governance of complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios. Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, milestones, and budgets. Drive the definition and continuous improvement of digital processes, translating business requirements into actionable IT solutions. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines At least 4 years of experience in IT consulting, Governance, PMO, or related advisory roles within corporate or consulting environments. Proven knowledge of IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains Solid knowledge of PMO methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe). Understanding of IT Governance frameworks and international standards (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, ISO). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Italian and English. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications in Governance and PMO (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, Agile/SAFe, TOGAF). Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or expertise in AI and emerging technologies . Experience in regulated industries (e.g., energy, telco, financial services).
