Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Goway FAM and Executive Travel Planner to manage end-to-end travel arrangements across our global team. You will book business travel, executive trips, staff events, personal travel, and Goway FAMs while negotiating discounted rates with suppliers. Responsible for thorough quality control, you will verify flight schedules, itinerary details, and confirmations prior to sending electronic documentation.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Book personal travel arrangements for Goway Staff members, friends and family and contest winners

2. Book employee travel for Goway events such as year-end parties, Christmas parties and the Cricket Match.

3. Assist Commercial Managers with booking Goway FAMS when required.

4. Book business travel for Goway Employees including but not limited to: Roadshows, Meetings, Office Visits

5. Liaising with Commercial Managers and suppliers for discounted rates when applicable

6. Ensure Quality Control on all confirmations to assure that the final documents will be correct. i.e. complete all pick-up/drop-off times for transfers, tours and or excursions.

7. Itinerary QC done prior to releasing documents.

8. Chase supplier for confirmations or missing information when required.

9. Ensure flight information is up to date with any schedule changes prior to documents going out.

10. Send electronic documents directly to Goway staff members and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Highly detail oriented with the ability to concentrate on tasks

• Ability to read and interpret confirmations.

• Ability to book travel arrangements using Goway systems

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment

• Proficient in a Windows environment

• Ability to conduct Internet research

• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills

• Previous Travel Industry experience in a sales role is preferred

• Team player
