You’ve used clinical software built by people who have never run a consult. Here’s your chance to build the other kind.

Botaniqal Clinics Australia has operated as a registered medical practice for three years. Our sister company, Dr Sophia AI, builds advisory-only clinical decision support software (CDSS), included in the ARTG.

We’re extending its scope — and we want a practising GP shaping that work from the inside.

The role — advisory first

Advise our development team on clinical logic, safety and real-world usability. Shape our compliance position. Engage directly with Australian and international medical device regulators as we pursue higher TGA classification.

Clinical work — secondary

Telehealth consults including Authorised Prescriber work, broadening into general practice as the software’s scope widens.

How we work

Set your own schedule. No commute, no on-call, no weekends. Full practice management and admin support behind you. Our CDSS handles pre-consult triage and history-gathering, supports your documentation, and surfaces relevant clinical information at the point of decision. It is advisory only, human-in-the-loop. Clinical control stays with you at every step.

What you bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner (FRACGP/FACRRM or equivalent)
• Authorised Prescriber status, or willingness to obtain it — we’ll support you through the pathway
• Interest in weight management, prescribing, and data-enabled care
• Comfort with digital health platforms and AI-assisted clinical tools

$160/hr (negotiable based on experience), reviewed at six months.
