Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Tasks:

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of Java-based applications.
• Support software development activities including coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Learn and apply software development best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills in Java and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Basic academic foundation in:
• Java Programming
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Database Management Systems (SQL)
• Operating Systems
• Software Engineering Fundamentals
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Git, or web technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
