About the job - RnD

At Verisure, R&D is where technology and innovation come together to create the security solutions of tomorrow. As a Tech Graduate, you’ll get the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the development and improvement of products used by customers across Europe and Latin America.

You’ll be part of a technical environment where you can explore questions such as:

• How can we develop smarter, more reliable, and scalable products
• How can software, hardware, and data work together to create better solutions
• How can we test, learn, and improve our products throughout the development process
• How can new technologies help us solve real customer and engineering challenges

You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real products and technologies while collaborating with teams across software, hardware, QA, and product development. Along the way, you’ll build your technical skills, learn how R&D works in practice, and contribute to solutions that make a real impact.

What We’re Looking For

You’re curious about technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and like understanding how things work. We’re looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and is motivated to turn technology into real-world solutions.

• Graduating in 2027 with an M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and product development
• Enjoy solving technical problems and experimenting with new ideas and solutions
• Curious about areas such as software, hardware, embedded systems, data, or emerging technologies
• Communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating with people from different technical backgrounds
