All administrative and operational duties, such as scheduling, client onboarding and billing, are managed by our team. MindPath operates a hybrid model, with the majority of assessment work carried out remotely and 1-2 days per week required in person at our Dublin location.

About the Role

We are excited to announce we are expanding our clinical team and are seeking Graduate Member psychologists to support the facilitation of ADHD, Autism and AuDHD assessments across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults, working under the clinical supervision of our senior chartered psychologists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and semi-structured clinical assessment interviews with adults, adolescents, children and parents/guardians
• Administer and interpret standardised psychometric assessments for ADHD and Autism
• Support the preparation of clear diagnostic reports for and sign-off
• Provide professional and supportive feedback to clients
• Engage actively in regular clinical supervision to support progression toward Chartered status
• Attend in-person sessions at our Dublin location 1-2 days per week as required

Required Qualifications and Permissions

• Graduate Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Legally entitled to work in Ireland
• Able to commute to Dublin 1-2 days per week

Required Skills

• Demonstrated interest in neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly ADHD and Autism
• Strong clinical interviewing, communication and report-writing skills
• Commitment to neuro-affirming and evidence-based practice
• Experience working with Rogerian principles in a clinical setting
• Openness to close supervision and structured professional development
