Subsea Construction Engineer
Subsea (Pipelines and T&I) Construction Engineer Graduate provides integrated technical assurance and execution oversight across pipeline fabrication, installation, testing, heavy-lift, load-out, transportation, and offshore installation activities. Working with the Subsea Construction and Execution Leads, they verify marine spread readiness, engineering documentation, construction methodologies, lifting and sea-fastening analyses, welding, tie-in and testing requirements, procedural compliance, and SIMOPS integration. They manage interfaces and risks across engineering, marine, construction, and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and quality-assured delivery in accordance with bp standards, approved designs, and regulatory requirements.

As a bp graduate, you will have an interest and/or skill in delivering economic value back to a business, identifying solutions and strategies resulting in cost savings and a natural negotiation style. • Have willingness to learn, passion to excel and deliver results
• Have recently graduated from Bachelors (S1) or Masters (S2) or Doctoral (S3) program or will be graduating by August/November 2027
• Applicants with less than 2 years professional working experience may also apply
• You should have completed your degree in one of the discipline/majors: Ocean/Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering,
