Our software solutions continuously support the digital transformation of organizations such as Blood Centers Plasma Centers Transfusion Services Tissue Banks Stem Cell Labs Cell and Gene Therapy (SME to Big Pharma, CMOs, Hospitals) The Graduate Test Automation Engineer is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates starting their career in software testing and automation. The role focuses on learning automation tools, supporting execution of test suites, and building foundational skills in automated testing under the guidance of senior team members. The position supports the overall automation effort by assisting in test execution, documentation, and gradual development of automation capabilities. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the execution of automated test suites and support reporting of results Support maintenance of automated test scripts under guidance Identify and document defects found during automated testing with supervision Assist in creating basic automated test cases for simple functionalities Participate in daily standups and team meetings Learn and apply test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices Support documentation of test results, issues, and processes Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from senior engineers Build foundational automation skills through mentorship and training Contribute to reducing manual testing efforts by supporting automation activities Objectives: Build foundational knowledge in test automation tools and frameworks Successfully support execution and maintenance of automated tests Ensure accurate and timely documentation of defects and test results Gradually contribute to automation of simple test cases Develop understanding of testing processes and software quality standards Continuously improve technical skills through learning and feedback Previous Experiences/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Software Engineering, or related field Basic understanding of software testing concepts Basic knowledge of any programming language (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript) Familiarity with automation concepts is an advantage Analytical thinking and attention to detail Strong willingness to learn and develop Good communication and teamwork skills Learning agility Attention to detail Problem-solving mindset Collaboration Accountability What can you expect from us: Comfortable, friendly, professional, and supportive work environment; Hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
