Grant Writer

This is a Volunteer Position Responsibilities: Research and identify potential grant funding sources (foundations, government agencies, etc.) that align with Velvet 50's mission. Draft compelling grant proposals that effectively communicate Velvet 50's goals, impact, and budget needs. Submit grant applications and follow up on submissions. Maintain records of grant applications, awards, and reporting requirements. Skills: Excellent writing and research skills. Strong understanding of grant writing principles and best practices. Ability to articulate Velvet 50's mission and impact effectively. Experience with grant management software (a plus).
