As a Grants Specialist at ICON, you will contribute to our accounting and financial operations function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes. What You Will Do: You will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include: Managing the grant application process from start to finish. Researching and identifying grant opportunities that align with our organization's mission and values. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling grant proposals. Ensuring compliance with grant funding requirements and deadlines. Tracking and reporting on grant activities and outcomes. Your Profile: You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Fluent Japanese at native level, at least N1. English is workable. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nnprofit Management, Public Administration). Previous experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field preferred. Ideally 1 year plus clinical trial related work experience. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
