Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll transform ideas into high-quality visual assets that strengthen engagement with employees, clients and industry partners. You'll play a key role in delivering marketing collateral, creative campaigns and event experiences, while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
You'll also partner with our Sustainability Lead to support and promote Abergeldie's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy through campaigns, events, community initiatives and visual storytelling that showcases the positive impact of our people, projects and partnerships.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
5+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, design, creative or similar role
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, with a strong graphic design background and demonstrated experience producing high-quality materials across print and digital channels
Strong understanding of visual communication, branding and design principles
Experience creating content for websites, social media and other digital platforms
Experience coordinating internal and external events from planning through to delivery and post-event evaluation
Photography and/or video production experience will be highly regarded
Experience supporting sustainability, community engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), industry partnerships or employee engagement programs will be highly regarded
Ability to communicate complex ideas through engaging visual content and storytelling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage stakeholders across the business
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
