Graphic Designer Intern

PKR 40,000/month | Full-time | Fully Remote – Pakistan | UK Working Hours

Quantum Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our Asset Production team and create high-quality digital and social media assets for UK-based clients across education, healthcare, dental/aesthetics, technology, consultancy and professional services.

This is a paid production internship. You will work on genuine client briefs and will be expected to create publish-ready assets to agreed specifications, brand guidelines and deadlines.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing social media posts, carousels, adverts, campaign graphics and other digital assets.
• Producing creative work from structured Asset Request / Specification Forms.
• Creating assets for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Developing concepts and layouts that are engaging, visually strong and appropriate for each brand.
• Supporting ad creative production, including graphics, headlines, ad copy and supporting captions.
• Adapting designs across different formats, dimensions and platforms.
• Working across multiple client brands while maintaining their individual visual identities.
• Researching current design and social media trends and applying relevant ideas appropriately.
• Making revisions efficiently based on feedback from the Asset Production Officer (APO).
• Conducting your own quality checks before submitting work.
• Maintaining organised editable/source files and uploading completed work to company systems.
• Occasionally supporting traditional assets such as flyers, banners, presentations or other marketing collateral.

Who we’re looking for

You should have:

• Strong graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy and visual consistency.
• Experience creating professional social media graphics and carousels.
• Good understanding of designing for different social platforms and dimensions.
• Ability to interpret a creative brief and turn it into a strong visual output.
• Good written English and attention to spelling, grammar and copy accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar professional design tools is highly desirable.

Experience creating paid social advertising creatives is also an advantage.

Portfolio required

A portfolio is mandatory for this position.

Your portfolio should ideally demonstrate:

• Static social media posts
• Carousel designs
• Paid advertising creatives
• Different brand styles
• Strong typography and layout
• Campaign or promotional graphics

Remote working requirements

You must:

• Be based in Pakistan.
• Be available full-time during 08:00–18:00 UK time, Monday–Friday.
• Have your own laptop/desktop capable of professional graphic design work.
• Maintain any specialist design software/licences required for your work.
• Have reliable primary internet plus backup internet connectivity.
• Have a reliable backup power solution, such as UPS, inverter/battery system or generator.

Quantum DMA will provide access to Canva Pro, ChatGPT Business and company shared-drive/storage systems.

Reports to: Asset Production Officer (APO)

Indirect Manager: Managing Director

Salary: PKR 40,000/month

Location: Fully Remote – Pakistan

Probation: 3 months
