Graphic Design Intern/Associate – EMEA region About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern/Associate to join our EMEA marketing team. In this role, you'll create compelling visual content across a wide range of formats: from digital campaigns to event materials and long-form content, supporting marketing initiatives across the region. You'll work closely with different EMEA marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets that perform. What You'll Do Design static visual assets across digital and print formats for diverse use cases and channels Create social media content tailored to platform-specific formats and audience expectations across EMEA markets Develop 2D animations to support campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling Produce event materials including booth graphics, banners, brochures, name tags, merchandise, and signage Design presentations, ebooks, and other long-form content formats that communicate clearly and look polished Apply and adhere to brand guidelines consistently across all output Adapt and extend existing design templates efficiently without compromising quality Test design formats and evaluate their impact - contributing insights to improve creative performance Present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sharp eye for detail at every stage What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in a design role (agency or in-house) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma Experience designing across a broad range of formats: digital, social, print, event, and editorial Solid understanding of social media formats and best practices across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, etc.) Experience with print production requirements (bleeds, resolution, file prep for vendors) Experience with 2D motion graphics and animation Demonstrated ability to work within and apply brand guidelines Comfortable working from templates while bringing creativity and precision to each execution Familiarity with A/B testing or format performance evaluation is a plus Strong communication skills: able to present work and take feedback constructively EMEA market awareness; multilingual skills are a plus but not required What Makes You Stand Out You sweat the small stuff - inconsistencies and misalignments don't get past you You're comfortable context-switching between a social post, an event booth, and a 20-page ebook in the same week You understand that design needs to perform, not just look good You're proactive about understanding how formats behave across different placements and contexts You can translate a brief into work that's both on-brand and fit for purpose Why you'll love it here • Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact. • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5. • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options. • Work-life balance and Well-being - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations. • Career mobility - Your career is a journey.
