Graphic Design Lead

Company: Pura Vida Moringa (www.moringapowder.com) Location: Remote (Philippines preferred, but open to all) Employment Type: Freelance / Long-term Pura Vida Moringa, a fast-growing supplements brand selling across Amazon, Shopify, and major social platforms, is looking for a Graphic Design Lead who can take full ownership of our brand’s visual direction. This role requires someone who is highly creative, technically skilled, and confident leading design across multiple platforms and media types. If you can create high-converting product images, handle 3D renderings, manage brand consistency, and produce polished visuals for ads, packaging, and e-commerce—you’re exactly who we want. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for Amazon, Shopify, websites, ads, and social media. Create Amazon-ready assets: main images, A+ Content, comparison charts, and storefront visuals. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms. Design product labels, packaging, inserts, and other print materials. Produce 3D product renders, lifestyle composites, and hero images. Create ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver visuals aligned with campaign goals. Manage multiple projects, maintain organized file systems, and deliver on time. Review and refine designs based on feedback from leadership. Assist in planning product/lifestyle photoshoots, mood boards, and UGC briefs. Qualifications Strong portfolio showcasing digital, e-commerce, and branding work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus). Experience designing for e-commerce brands, ideally supplements or consumer goods. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks. Experience with modern tools (Figma, Canva, AI-assisted design, etc.) is a plus. Required Skills (Must-Have) Platform compliance knowledge : Amazon, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc. Product labeling compliance (FDA/DSHEA guidelines for supplements). 3D rendering experience for bottles, pouches, and product visuals. Ability to create high-converting marketplace images optimized for each platform’s requirements. Nice-to-Have Experience directing photo or video shoots. Motion graphics skills (GIFs, simple animations, short-form ad layouts). Experience in health, wellness, or supplements brands. Understanding of performance creative (A/B testing, CTR optimization).
