Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM–04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, and Digital Marketing.
• Strong to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar creative design platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in social media content, digital advertising, branding, and creative campaigns for remote or international clients.
• Hands-on experience creating social media ads, reels, short-form videos, carousels, graphics, banners, thumbnails, and other digital content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience creating content specifically for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Good eye for visual storytelling, typography, layout, branding, and creative direction.
• Experience editing short-form videos, reels, and social media video content is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas and briefs into engaging creative content.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.
• A proactive, creative, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of projects from concept through to final execution.
• Must be able to provide a portfolio with Ads in Social Media.

What will you do?

• Develop high-quality and engaging creative content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Create eye-catching social media ads, static graphics, carousels, reels, short-form videos, stories, thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials.
• Conceptualize and produce creative content that strengthens the brand's social media presence and online visibility.
• Edit and produce short-form video content and reels designed to increase engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Develop creative assets for paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring designs are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for different platforms.
• Transform creative briefs and marketing concepts into polished and visually compelling content.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity, visual style, and tone of voice across all digital and social media channels.
• Support the planning and execution of social media content calendars and creative campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, creative formats, visual trends, and emerging content styles and incorporate relevant trends into the brand's content strategy.
• Collaborate closely with remote and international clients and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that support campaign, engagement, and business objectives.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various social media platforms.
• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver assets within agreed timelines and campaign deadlines.
