Role Overview The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual content that supports the client's branding, marketing, and communication goals. This role requires a creative and detail oriented designer skilled in producing high quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets. You will collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and leadership to bring concepts to life through visually appealing and consistent design work. Key Responsibilities Develop graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print platforms Create designs for social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, brochures, and marketing materials Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign requirements Produce design drafts, revise layouts, and deliver final assets within deadlines Prepare files for web and print production Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices Present concepts and design recommendations to internal teams or clients Maintain organized libraries of design templates, assets, and creative resources Qualifications & Skills: 2 to 5+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other design tools Excellent sense of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to interpret briefs and convert ideas into visually engaging designs Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality output Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams Time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines Work Arrangement & Expectations: Remote role requiring stable and reliable internet connection Full-time schedule aligned with the client’s preferred time zone Clear and timely communication with team members and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple design requests and prioritize effectively Openness to feedback and ongoing revisions as part of the creative process Adherence to brand guidelines, confidentiality, and quality standards
