Graphic Designer

About the role AdTech company with 7 years of experience, trusted by over 150 clients, multiple award-wins, and a strong reputation as a leader in the AdTech industry. We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team with a strong focus on designing print materials and social media assets. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills across both traditional and digital design, helping us communicate our brand clearly and creatively. Responsibilities: Create clear and attractive visuals for social media, email campaigns, presentations, website, etc. Design branded merchandise and marketing materials for events and trade shows. Prepare accurate, print-ready files following brand guidelines and production needs. Ensure brand consistency across print and digital materials. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to produce high-quality visuals. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (especially for print). Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for both print and digital formats. English level: B1 or higher (written and spoken). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Nice to have: Experience working with Figma. Basic animation/motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc). Understanding of branding and identity systems. Portfolio that demonstrates experience in print design and marketing content. How we work For us, the main thing is transparency and healthy communication within the team.
