WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage Game Assets Prepare and maintain public-facing game assets, ready for release. Create Banners & Thumbnails Design banners and thumbnails for the commercial team. Produce Website Imagery Create imagery for the website that fits the brand and the page. Assist with Social Assets Support the marketing team with visuals across platforms. Keep Brand Consistent Make sure everything you ship matches Wicked’s visual identity, every time. WHO YOU ARE Detail-Obsessed You catch inconsistencies in font, color, and spacing before anyone else does. Fast & Adaptable You move between formats and deadlines without dropping quality. Collaborative You take feedback well and work smoothly with marketing and commercial teams. Self-Directed You manage your own priorities and know when to ask questions. WHAT YOU KNOW Experience 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in gaming, entertainment, marketing, or another fast-paced creative environment. Creative Tools Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with working knowledge of Figma for layout, components, and handoff. Motion Basics Basic animation and motion graphics ability — looping banners, simple transitions, animated social assets Design Eye Strong sense of composition, typography, and colour, with the discipline to work within established brand guidelines. Portfolio A strong portfolio showing range across digital, social, and web design. English Good written and spoken English. Juggling Deadlines Comfortable managing several deliverables at once and hitting deadlines. Communication Good communication and openness to feedback in a cross-functional team. AI Tools Comfortable using AI tools to assist with tasks.
