Opportunity Overview

Our client is an established British direct-to-consumer bath and body brand with a strong retail and online presence. Following a recent rebrand and continued double-digit growth, the business is bringing its paid social creative in-house. This is a rare opportunity to help build an internal design capability for a much-loved consumer brand.

Role Description

This is a paid social first graphic design role, owning the creation of high-volume static advertising for Meta. You will take consumer insights through to finished assets across multiple formats and dimensions, working tightly within established brand guidelines. You will also support website banners, email graphics, and packaging concept work as the product development programme grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Social Statics - Design high-impact static ads for Meta across image, carousel, story, and banner formats.
• High-Volume Output - Produce large volumes of paid social creative at pace without loss of quality.
• Creative Variety - Ensure assets look meaningfully different from one another rather than templated repeats.
• Brief Translation - Work with the creative strategist to turn insights into visual concepts built to test.
• Creative Reviews - Contribute a clear point of view on what is working in performance creative and why.
• Web and Email Design - Design website banner ads and email graphics aligned to brand guidelines.
• Packaging and Concepts - Develop packaging concepts, moodboards, and production artwork for core and gifting lines.

Minimum Qualifications

• English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
• Paid Social Experience - Hands-on, demonstrable experience designing static ads for Meta paid social.
• Design Experience - Four or more years of professional graphic design experience across digital touchpoints.
• Figma Proficiency - Strong command of Figma as a primary day-to-day design tool.
• Brand Discipline - Proven ability to work tightly within strict brand guidelines across multiple channels.
• Consumer Brand Context - Experience designing creative for direct-to-consumer or consumer lifestyle brands.
• AI Art Direction - Knows when and how to refine AI output to a production-ready standard.

Bonus Qualifications

• Motion and Video - Motion graphics or video editing skills to extend creative into moving formats.
• Packaging Artworking - Experience preparing print-ready packaging artwork for primary and secondary packaging.
• Email Tooling - Klaviyo email image editing or wider email graphic design experience.
