Graphic Designer

Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for a casino product, including promotional banners, marketing creatives, and internal presentations.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition and typography, a creative approach to vibrant visuals, and great attention to detail and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Marketing Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong skills in composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating digital advertising, promotional banners, and marketing creatives.
• Ability to work with existing assets and adapt them to different formats without compromising quality or the core visual concept.
• Understanding of responsive/adaptive design principles and the requirements for preparing creatives for desktop and mobile.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within an established brand style.
• Ability to organize work independently, estimate tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio featuring relevant digital and/or marketing design work.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with briefs and interfaces and communicating within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional banners for casino games, new releases, tournaments, special offers, seasonal campaigns, and other events.
• Develop visual concepts for promotional campaigns in line with brand guidelines and provided briefs.
• Resize and adapt existing promotional materials for different formats, platforms, devices, and locales.
• Adapt materials provided by game providers to match the product’s visual style.
• Work with key visuals, game assets, characters, logos, and other graphic materials.
• Create and design internal presentations for teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare graphic materials for Client Area, CRM, email, push notifications, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Prepare final assets in accordance with technical requirements and specifications.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all created materials.
• Collaborate with Promotion Managers and other teams to deliver on design requests.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming.
• Understanding of casino products, slots, game providers, and casino promotions.
• Experience creating materials for tournaments, bonus campaigns, jackpots, game launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Experience using AI tools for generating and editing visual content.
• Experience creating presentations in Figma, Google Slides, or PowerPoint.

Work conditions

• Remote work from EU
