Graphic Designer

Ink Media is a boutique marketing and design agency based in Pune. We’re looking for a skilled graphic designer with a strong eye for typography, layout and detail, who can create thoughtful, polished work across digital and print.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, translating established creative direction into designs that are on brand, ready for client presentation and correctly prepared for production.

Most of your work will involve static design, branding and print collateral. You should also be comfortable editing short-form social videos. Advanced motion graphics are an added advantage.

What you’ll work on

• Brand identity assets, including logo variations, typography and colour systems, and basic usage guidelines, developed under the Creative Director’s guidance.
• Social campaigns, carousels and digital creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Brochures, signage, billboards and other print collateral, including preparing and checking artwork for production.
• Presentation mockups that show designs in context.
• Short-form social videos, including editing, captioning, resizing and adapting content for different platforms.
• Organised, clearly named, editable files that are ready for handoff.
• Simple client discussions about briefs, revisions and feedback, with support from the team.

As you grow into the role, you’ll also help check junior designers’ work for consistency, accuracy and quality.

What we’re looking for

• A strong portfolio demonstrating brochure or multi-page layout design and social campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• The ability to prepare print-ready artwork, including appropriate bleed, colour settings, image resolution and exports.
• The ability to edit and assemble short-form videos using a tool you’re comfortable with.
• Comfort communicating in English and Hindi, and a willingness to develop your client communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail, responsiveness during working hours and reliable delivery against agreed deadlines.
• The ability to work with creative direction and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.

Freshers with excellent portfolios and experienced designers are both welcome.

For freshers, clearly labelled academic or self-initiated projects are welcome.

Additional advantages

• Experience designing for real estate or luxury brands.
• Familiarity with Figma, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Basic motion graphics skills.
• Photography or videography skills for on-site shoots.

Working arrangement

• Candidates must currently live in Pune and be available for in-person meetings approximately once a week.
• The role is mostly remote, with fixed availability required during these hours:
• Monday–Friday: 10:30 am–6:30 pm IST
• Saturday: 10:30 am–2:00 pm IST
• Software licences will be provided. Having your own suitable computer is preferred; a computer can be provided if required.
• We’re looking for someone who can join as soon as possible.
