We're Hiring: Graphic Designer

Crown Vacation is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and visually driven Part-Time Graphic Designer to support its marketing and brand communication efforts.

The primary focus of this role will be creating social media content, designing and editing reels, producing basic animations, and maintaining consistent visual branding across the brand's digital and traditional touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design social media posts, carousels, stories and other digital creatives for social media platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Design and edit social media reels, including basic video editing, transitions and motion graphics.

•⁠ ⁠Create basic animations and animated content for social media.

•⁠ ⁠Develop visually appealing designs that align with Crown Vacation's brand guidelines.

•⁠ ⁠Adapt existing templates and creative assets for different social media formats.

•⁠ ⁠Create basic promotional and marketing materials whenever required.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain brand consistency across logos, typography, colours and overall visual identity.

•⁠ ⁠Make minor design updates and revisions to existing marketing assets.

•⁠ ⁠Organise and maintain a library of brand creatives and design files.

Skills & Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, layouts and visual communication.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in social media design, reel editing and basic animation.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of social media trends, formats and creative requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and ability to meet agreed deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently manage routine design requirements with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in designing for the following industries will be preferred:

•⁠ ⁠Luxury hospitality and accommodation.

•⁠ ⁠Travel and tourism.

•⁠ ⁠Lifestyle and premium consumer brands.

We are particularly interested in someone who:

•⁠ ⁠Has a strong sense of premium aesthetics and can create clean, sophisticated designs rather than overly decorative social media creatives.

•⁠ ⁠Can translate a brand's visual identity into consistent and engaging digital content.

•⁠ ⁠Can independently manage routine creative requirements without extensive creative direction.

•⁠ ⁠Understands how to create content that is not only visually appealing but also suitable for social media engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Engagement: Part-time, based on agreed monthly deliverables.
