We’re looking for a designer with a strong command of visual design, technical precision, and a sharp understanding of brand and storytelling. Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating your range, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail with specific examples of high-performing email campaigns and conversion-driven landing pages (must be submitted with application) 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in DTC, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands High-level proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, responsive design, and email UX best practices Proven ability to multitask under pressure, switch between projects quickly, and deliver high-quality design within rapid timelines Excellent communication and collaboration skills; can take and apply constructive feedback Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently when needed A passion for branding and design that creates emotional and functional impact What You’ll Do Own the design of all email campaigns and landing pages. Ensuring they are visually consistent, brand-forward, mobile-optimized, and conversion-driven Build high-performing layouts and collaborate with lifecycle marketers to test new design formats, CTAs, and storytelling approaches Design supporting creative assets as needed Collaborate closely with the email team and Senior creatives to bring campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments to life Translate strategic goals into digital experiences that support retention, engagement, and daily revenue Manage a high volume of creative requests with competing priorities, maintaining speed and accuracy under tight deadlines Keep design systems, templates, and asset libraries updated, organized, and scalable Competitive base, bonus, and equity package Comprehensive health, vision, dental Unlimited PTO Remote-friendly role
