Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer + Motion Graphics professional with 2–5 years of experience. The role involves designing visual assets for digital campaigns, including graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials. The team member will create motion graphics and short video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with strategists and content creators, developing concepts and storyboards, refining designs based on feedback, and preparing files optimized for various digital platforms. The role requires proactive communication in a remote setup, adherence to project timelines, and continuous improvement of design quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
• Hands-on expertise with industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design, preferably in digital or agency environments.
• Ability to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and present design options clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and comfort working in a remote, collaborative team.
• A relevant design-related degree or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio showcasing both static and motion work is required.
