About Us:

NOYZ is a first-of it’s-kind fine fragrance house born in LA. Fragrances fueled by feelings, not fantasies are made with unconventional, clean ingredients and innovative formats. Always rooted in real, raw and authentic storytelling. We’re flipping the script on the category, replacing perfection with personality and industry rules with a bit of rebellion. Refinery 29 said it best, “NOYZ is the brand for the cool kids who don’t want to smell like everyone else.”

Backed by Beach House Group — the powerhouse behind BÉIS by Shay Mitchell, Pattern by Tracee Ellis Ross, and florence by mills — NOYZ is the next category-defining brand. Based in Los Angeles with offices in El Segundo, our team is built for impact, bringing together brilliant minds to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.

The 30,000 Foot View:

At NOYZ, we move fast, think big and play where culture is created, not copied. We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to execute polished print and digital assets for a rapidly growing fine fragrance brand.

Working closely with the Art Director and Creative Director, this role brings established campaign concepts and the NOYZ visual identity to life across social, e-commerce, paid media, email, print, retail, and marketing materials.

This is a hands-on production-focused role for a versatile designer with strong technical skills, an eye for beauty branding, and the ability to create accurate, on-brand work at pace.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design Execution & Brand Consistency

  • Execute print and digital creative based on approved campaign concepts, brand guidelines, and art direction.
  • Translate briefs into polished, accurate, production-ready deliverables.
  • Maintain consistent typography, color, imagery, layouts, grid systems, and visual treatments.
  • Adapt existing campaign creative across sizes and formats without losing the original design intent.
  • Contribute layouts, mood boards, and design explorations under the guidance of the Art Director.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately while maintaining a high level of craft.

Digital Design & Content Production

  • Produce organic social, paid advertising, website, landing page, e-commerce, and email assets.
  • Resize, version, and optimize creative for platform-specific dimensions and placements.
  • Combine product imagery, lifestyle photography, typography, and graphic elements into compelling layouts.
  • Export correctly specified RGB files with appropriate resolution, compression, and file formats.
  • Coordinate with social, e-commerce, and marketing teams to deliver timely launch-ready assets.

Print Design & Production

  • Design marketing collateral, packaging inserts, promotional materials, retail signage, and event graphics.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork with correct bleeds, crop marks, CMYK modes, and high-resolution imagery.
  • Follow vendor specifications, packaging dielines, and finishing requirements.
  • Proof and quality-check typography, dimensions, color, and final artwork before production.

Creative Support & Asset Management

  • Support campaign development with design explorations, presentations, mockups, and asset preparation.
  • Assist with photo retouching, compositing, image adjustments, and file cleanup.
  • Maintain clean, editable working files, templates, version control, and organized asset libraries.
  • Follow consistent folder structures and naming conventions across projects.
  • Manage multiple assignments and communicate priorities, progress, and blockers proactively.
  • Check every deliverable for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before handoff.

The Uniquely Celebrated Skills As:

  • A strong visual thinker who cares about the details as much as the big picture
  • An adaptable and versatile creative who can move fluidly between digital and print
  • A precise production partner who keeps files organized and deadlines on track
  • A proactive collaborator who takes feedback well and solves problems independently
  • A fast-moving creative who brings energy and curiosity to a growing brand

What We Offer That's Uniquely NOYZ:

  • A rare chance to help shape a category-defining fragrance brand at an exciting stage of growth
  • Real creative ownership, close collaboration, and work that goes live across major brand touchpoints
  • A fast-paced, no-BS environment that values ambition, original thinking, experimentation, and laughter

The Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience; prior design work for beauty, fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, or other beauty brands is required
  • A strong portfolio featuring real, executed beauty-related work across print and digital
  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills; proficiency in Figma
  • Excellent command of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience preparing prepress artwork including bleeds, crop marks, CMYK, dielines, and high-resolution files
  • Experience resizing, exporting, and optimizing RGB assets for social, e-commerce, email, and advertising
  • Strong image editing, retouching, and compositing skills
  • Ability to follow creative direction and apply feedback with accuracy and speed
  • Exceptional attention to detail, file organization, time management, and communication
  • Comfort balancing simultaneous requests and changing priorities in a fast-paced team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with prestige, luxury, or masstige beauty brands
  • Retail display, in-store marketing, or packaging adaptation experience
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, video editing, AI-assisted tools, or CGI asset workflows.
