Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join our expanding marketing team. As a high-end retailer representing both international and local baby brands, we offer a dynamic environment where you will work across multiple consumer brands and gain valuable commercial experience.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging designer looking to build hands-on experience while being mentored by experienced marketers and creatives. You will also gain overseas exposure aligned with Australian standards.

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and marketing assets, including:
Social media graphics, reels, and carousel posts
EDM and email marketing assets
Digital advertisements and promotional content
Sales collateral, brochures, and presentations
Blog and website imagery
Creative assets for marketing campaigns
Product promotion and branding materials
Basic hand sketches and visual concepts for campaigns, store layouts, product displays, or creative presentations
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

A recent Graphic Design graduate

Seeking overseas experience and exposure to Australian standards
Ideally, you will have:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Strong Canva skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign)
A good eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
Hand-sketching ability and SketchUp skills for conceptual design, layout visualization, or presentation purposes
Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an advantage
Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
