Graphic Designer (Semi Flexible Schedule)

About the Role We’re looking for a designer with strong branding and eCommerce instincts to create high-converting e-commerce creatives including listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages. This role focuses on visual storytelling, clarity, and conversion. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to create marketing and copy to translate product benefits into compelling, Amazon-optimized visuals. There will be opportunities to extend your design skills into other areas of marketing such as pitch design, branding, and social. There will be future opportunities to help refine and redefine creative processes. Note: This role requires the candidate to use TimeDoctor ON WORK HOURS Responsibilities Design e-commerce listing images , A+ content , and Brand Store pages (Amazon) Assist in social media extension graphics of brands Create clear, conversion-focused layouts that communicate benefits quickly Develop iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals Ensure all designs meet technical and brand guidelines Collaborate with Art director and marketers to bring product narratives to life Iterate designs based on performance insights and feedback Apply brand guidelines to brand’s extended creative presence Organize and deliver final assets for upload and testing Contribute design support to new business pitches, presentations, and cross-agency creative tasks. Help structure workflows, improve design processes, and raise the overall craft level of the team.
