Senior Digital Product Designer (E-commerce)

Your Role As Senior Digital Product Designer, you are responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences across web and app. You are highly hands-on and own the end-to-end design process: from research and discovery to interaction design, prototyping, validation, and delivery. You work closely with Product Managers, developers, and the Digital Product Designer to translate user insights and business needs into intuitive, effective, and conversion-driven design solutions. You contribute to building a consistent and scalable design approach, while ensuring a strong focus on usability, experimentation, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Execute end-to-end product design across web and app, from discovery through delivery Conduct user research and discovery to uncover customer needs, behaviors, and pain points Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Validate design solutions through testing and experimentation Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create customer-centric and conversion-optimized journeys Contribute to design consistency and scalable UX practices across digital touchpoints Drive continuous optimization through data-informed design decisions How Success Is Measured User engagement and satisfaction across digital experiences Conversion and checkout performance Quality and consistency of UX across touchpoints Contribution to continuous improvement and experimentation Effective collaboration with Product, Brand, and Development teams What You Bring At least 7 years of relevant experience as a Digital Product Designer Strong experience across the full design cycle: research, discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and validation Proven experience in e-commerce, combining optimization and innovation Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and mobile experiences Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions Experience working in cross-functional product teams in an agile environment Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer-first and commercially driven mindset What we offer 25 days of annual leave , with the option to buy or sell up to 4 additional days Hybrid work model , combining office and remote working Possibility to work from abroad for up to 2 weeks per year An international work environment , working with teams across different countries Travel allowance to support commuting costs Access to the Hunkemöller Academy for professional development 25% employee discount on all Hunkemöller products Please note: We take care of our recruitment directly at Hunkemöller.
