Service Overview

Endeavor Saudi Arabia is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer service provider with a modern, innovative approach to create visually compelling content that resonates with our brand and audience. This scope is ideal for a creative designer with a strong understanding of contemporary design trends, a passion for clean, impactful visuals, and the skills to enhance Endeavor’s brand through both static and video content. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing team to bring ideas to life across digital, video, and print media, creating captivating assets that drive engagement.

Key Services Required

• Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, web, presentations, video thumbnails, and print materials that align with Endeavor’s brand identity.
• Create short, visually compelling video content for social media and events (animated posts, reels, promotional videos).
• Collaborate with the Social Media Content Strategist to create assets optimized for each digital channel, with a focus on audience engagement and visual impact.
• Translate complex ideas into clean, modern visual communications, including infographics, event materials, promotional content, and brand campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and formats, integrating fresh, contemporary elements into Endeavor’s visual presence.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency in every asset produced.
• Prepare and deliver files properly formatted for both digital publishing and professional print production, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritizing work effectively to meet tight and evolving deadlines.
• Provide creative input to improve branding materials, social media templates, event visuals, and website graphics.
• Align closely with the marketing and events calendars, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and in line with strategic goals.
  
  

Location & Working Style:

• Location: This is a remote position. You’ll be expected to deliver on the scope of work remotely.
• Working Hours: You must be available from 9 AM (GMT +3) to 5 PM (GMT +3), to align with team schedules and project timelines.
• Work Delivery Schedule: This is a service provider contract, with an expectation of 45 hours per week during the contract period.
• Rate: 675-1125 USD/Month
• Service Contract Duration: Yearly contract that can be renewed at the end of the period.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and impactful digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Demonstrated experience creating optimized graphics and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
• Knowledge of current design and video trends, with the ability to apply a modern, audience-first aesthetic.
• Attention to detail with a passion for high-quality, polished visual outputs.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver work on time.
• Bonus: Experience in animation, motion graphics, or advanced video editing is a strong plus.
