ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Summary

The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support

Thomasville’s continued growth. This role focuses on sourcing skilled trades and restoration

professionals while building strong pipelines through trade schools, industry networks, and proactive

outreach.

You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a seamless recruiting process that

reflects Thomasville’s values and commitment to excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the full cycle recruiting process from job posting to onboarding.

• Source, attract and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals,

and trade school partnerships.

• Conduct initial phone screens and qualifying calls to assess candidate experience, motivation,

and cultural fit.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed summaries and

recommendations.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the Thomasville SharePoint.

• Schedule interviews and facilitate timely communication between candidates and hiring

teams.

• Support onboarding and pre-employment documentation to ensure a smooth candidate

transition.

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research

• Track and report on recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality.

• Support other duties assigned to you.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must have completed a first degree from a recognized institution.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Proficiency in Recruiting from Global organisation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
