Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Agency, Fast-Paced, Remote)

About the Role

Our client, Juto Agency, is a growing digital marketing agency working across performance ads, social content, and brand campaigns for clients who move fast. We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who thinks like a strategist, not just an executor. Someone who can look at a campaign goal and independently come up with the design direction, messaging angle, and visual approach that will actually convert, then bring it to life in design and video. This isn't a "give me the brief, I'll execute" role. We need someone who helps build the brief.

What You'll Do

• Develop design and content strategies for client campaigns. Not just execute existing briefs, but propose creative directions, formats, and angles
• Write and adapt ad copy alongside visuals, including headlines, captions, and hooks, so design and message work together, not in isolation
• Design and edit static graphics, ad creatives, and social content across multiple client brands
• Edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, ad creatives) from raw footage to final export
• Translate campaign goals and customer psychology into scroll-stopping, conversion ready creative
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across different clients and content types
• Maintain brand consistency across each client's visual identity and voice
• Collaborate with the strategy team, but with enough creative ownership to challenge or improve on the initial brief
• Take feedback fast and iterate without losing creative judgment

What We're Looking For

• This is a full-time position with tasks and time tracked daily as a nonnegotiable. Only apply if you are available for a full-time position.
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, not just one. Portfolio required
• Strong copywriting instincts. Comfortable writing or refining hooks, headlines, and short-form ad copy, not just designing around someone else's words
• Strategic thinker who can explain why a design or content choice works, not just execute a brief handed to them
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve
• Strong eye for typography, layout, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and communicate proactively
• Experience with performance/social ad creative and understanding of what drives CTR and conversions is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Familiarity with project management tools (we use Teamwork)
• Background in direct response or performance marketing creative
• Experience developing creative concepts from a messaging angle, not just a visual brief
