Graphic Designers / Video Editors

Have a strong creative eye for bold visual branding or fast-paced, high-converting video content? At TalentPop App, we are looking for a creative, motivated Graphic Designers and/or Video Editors to join our team and craft eye-catching visual assets for our brand. Whether you excel at static design, short-form video editing, or both, you will bring our story to life across multiple digital touchpoints.

Location: This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines, South Africa, Jamaica, and Pakistan.

What You Will Do

• Design static graphics and/or edit motion graphics for our digital ads, social media channels, email campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
• Create and edit engaging short-form video content (UGC, TikToks, Reels, and promotional videos) optimized for high performance.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all internal and external marketing channels.
• Collaborate directly with our marketing and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute fresh creative angles.
• Manage creative projects efficiently while meeting turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, or a combination of both.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating entry-level to intermediate expertise in social media graphics, branding, or video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or modern creative tools like Canva, CapCut, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, visual hierarchy, typography, or video pacing.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow directly with our team.

Tech Requirements

• Personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speed.
