Graphic & Presentation Designer

Role Summary

We are looking for Graphic & Presentation Designers with different levels of experience to support the creation of compelling, client-focused sales and proposal materials.

You will collaborate with sales and pursuit teams to transform complex business messages and data into clear, engaging visual stories. Working primarily with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, you will develop and format proposals, presentations, infographics and other client-facing materials while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client requirements.

Depending on your experience and level of seniority, you may own individual design deliverables or lead the visual design effort for large and complex opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and pursuit teams to understand client needs, key messages and proposal requirements.

Develop client-focused visual concepts that strengthen key sales messages and win themes.

Design and format proposals, presentations and other client-facing business materials.

Transform complex information and data into clear and compelling infographics, charts, diagrams and visual stories.

Create and adapt imagery and illustrations to support proposal content.

Apply page layout, typography and formatting principles to ensure consistency across deliverables.

Ensure that materials align with applicable brand guidelines and client requirements.

Prepare final files for printing, digital distribution and/or online submission.

Follow established design workflows using the appropriate templates, tools and repositories.

Organize and archive design assets for future use.

Manage priorities and deadlines across multiple design assignments.

At more senior levels, lead the visual design effort for large or complex opportunities, support onboarding and training of other designers, and contribute to improvements in templates, tools and processes.

Required Skills / Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Presentation Design, Desktop Publishing or a related area.

Professional experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word on a PC platform.

Professional experience with one or more Adobe applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Acrobat Pro.

Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging visual communication.

Knowledge of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.

Advanced command of written and spoken English.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback into design deliverables.

Availability to complete a Graphic Design skills assessment as part of the selection process.

Seniority considerations

Candidates may be considered for different career levels based on relevant experience, portfolio, technical proficiency and scope of responsibility.

3+ years: ability to independently create and deliver graphic and presentation design materials.

4+ years: experience handling more complex deliverables and developing original client-focused visual concepts.

5+ years: experience leading design activities for large or complex opportunities, with exposure to reviewing work, supporting other designers and improving design processes or tools.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.

Portfolio demonstrating relevant professional design work.

Previous experience with proposals, bids, RFP responses or sales materials.

Experience working within established corporate brand guidelines.

Experience creating infographics and visualizing complex business information.

Experience preparing deliverables for digital submission and print.

Experience supporting international or geographically distributed teams.
