Requirements What You’ll Be Doing: Designing Logos & Branding Materials: You’ll create unique and creative logos and visual assets that reflect our brand's identity and connect with our audience. Creating Marketing Materials: You’ll design brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate our message and stand out in a crowded market. Social Media Graphics: You’ll develop visually striking graphics for social media platforms, ensuring each piece is optimized for engagement and maintains brand consistency. UI Element Design: You’ll collaborate with the product team to design user interface elements that enhance user experience and match the overall product aesthetic. Collaboration with Marketing Team: You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that your designs support campaign goals and align with our brand guidelines. Your work will help bring our marketing strategy to life. What We’re Looking For: Proficiency with Design Tools: You’re experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva, and you know how to create and edit high-quality visual content. Strong Portfolio: You have a solid portfolio that showcases your design skills across various projects, including logos, social media content, print materials, and UI design. Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring that all visual content is polished and on-brand. Creative & Innovative Mindset: You stay on top of the latest design trends, and you’re always experimenting with new styles, techniques, and ideas to push the creative envelope. Collaboration Skills: You work well in a team setting, taking feedback constructively and making sure design projects align with the desired vision and goals. Good to have: Experience in motion graphics or video editing. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with responsive design.
