GRC Professional (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Are you an experienced GRC professional who wants to make an impact on governance, risk management and compliance projects in the Netherlands and internationally? At Securance Advisory, you will advise clients on complex GRC challenges, lead implementation projects and help organizations strengthen their processes, controls and compliance programs. • Lead implementation projects for regulations such as GDPR, DORA and NIS2. • Lead GRC teams and advise clients on improving governance structures. • Develop and implement GRC, risk management and compliance programs and frameworks. • Perform fit-gap analyses, compliance scans and internal audits. • Advise on and improve business processes and policies. • Contribute to team growth and client networking, nationally and internationally. • Develop new risk management and compliance solutions and propositions. • Deliver internal and external GRC training and presentations. • Advise on and implement GRC tools for clients. • Maintain internal best practices, methodologies and market propositions. • Coach and develop junior colleagues during client projects. • University degree, preferably in Management, Public Administration, Criminology, Law, IT or a comparable field. • 3-5 years of relevant experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, security or process optimization. • Strong knowledge of national and international regulations and frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, NIS2, COSO, ISO and SOC. • Experience implementing risk management and compliance programs and frameworks. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and lead teams. • Commercial mindset and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Affinity with digitalization, information security and privacy is a plus. • Consulting or financial-sector experience is a plus. • Professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are preferred. • €3,200-€5,600 gross per month, depending on experience, excluding holiday allowance. • Attractive bonus scheme comparable to a 13th month. • Company laptop and phone allowance. • Mobility budget for public transport or a lease car. • 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional days. • Pension scheme. • Flexible working hours and hybrid working. • Individual learning budget for training, education and certifications. • Coaching by experienced managers and access to a network of senior specialists. • Regular social events and team activities. • Career growth opportunities within our international organization.
