Junior Business Risk Analyst

Are you a recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate looking to start your career in risk, governance and process improvement? At Securance Advisory, you will work alongside experienced consultants on challenging client projects, primarily within the financial sector. You will quickly develop your consulting skills while helping organizations improve processes, manage risks and strengthen internal controls. • Organize governance structures and support the development of policies. • Analyze, document and visualize business processes. • Design and implement new processes and optimize existing ones. • Set up and implement risk management measures and test controls. • Support the preparation of assurance reports. • Support internal and external audits. • Deliver internal and external training sessions. • Advise clients on practical improvements to their organization. • Completed HBO/WO (Bachelor's or Master's) degree, preferably in Management, Economics, IT, Compliance, Business or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, ambitious and hands-on mindset with strong communication skills. • Able to work effectively in a demanding, client-focused environment. • Affinity with the financial sector is a plus. • Relevant experience through internships, student jobs or other activities is a plus. • Professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are preferred. • Salary indication: €2,600-€3,450 gross per month, depending on experience, excluding holiday allowance. • Company laptop and phone allowance. • Mobility budget for public transport or a lease car. • 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional days. • Pension scheme. • Flexible working hours and hybrid working. • Individual learning budget for training, education and certifications. • Coaching by experienced managers and consultants. • Regular social events and team activities. • Career growth opportunities within our international organization.
