Greek Operational Collections Specialist

We are looking for Operational Collections Specialists with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more. Your responsibilities will include: Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions; Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents; Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures; Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment; Identifying areas or processes for improvements. About you: Able to work full time; Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken); Experience with MS Office package; Work experience in a back office (would be an advantage); Work experience in debt collections (would be an advantage); Additional language skills (would be an advantage); Quick learner and good problem solver; Attention to details and tech-savvy.
