Our patented liquid silicone process provides a safe, environmentally non-toxic alternative to traditional dry-cleaning solvents. Based in Kansas City, we partner with independent dry cleaners, commercial laundry, and major garment brands worldwide to deliver premier garment care that protects both clothes and the planet.
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts across North America. In this role, you will drive B2B sales by acquiring new affiliates, expanding partnerships with existing garment care operators, and positioning GreenEarth as the premier choice for modern textile cleaning solutions. Reporting to the President, the ideal candidate possesses deep sales expertise, a strong understanding of the retail dry & wet cleaning industry, and a passion for environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive National Sales Growth: Identify, prospect, and close new B2B business opportunities with independent dry cleaners, multi-unit operators, and commercial laundry facilities nationwide.
- Provide Sales Leadership of New Product Launch: Spearhead sales efforts around our new laundry/wet cleaning product line, leveraging existing and developing new pipeline and funnel opportunities.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial cold outreach and product presentations to contract negotiations and closing.
- Promote Sustainability: Educate business owners on the operational, environmental, and marketing advantages of converting to the GreenEarth silicone system.
- Build Industry Relationships: Represent GreenEarth at national trade shows, regional clean shows, and industry association events to expand brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Technical Teams: Partner with internal teams to align sales messaging, strategies, and regional campaigns. Coordinate smooth technical installations for new affiliates.
- Analyze Market Trends: Track competitor activities, market demands, and industry shift to adjust sales strategies and hit quarterly growth targets.
- Leverage AI: use agents and tools to achieve better efficiency and more robust sales work-flows.
- Continuously Improve: Own the end-to-end sales process including disciplined CRM usage, pipeline management strategy, forecasting models, and increasing win rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the dry cleaning, laundry, commercial textile and/or the environmental sustainability industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to deliver compelling presentations to business owners and executives.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce), Constant Contact, Shopify, AI tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% nationally for client meetings and industry events.
Location: This is a fully remote position with a national territory and significant travel responsibility of up to 50% time for both client visits and industry events.
Compensation and Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position. The budgeted annual base salary is $100,000, plus an un-capped commission, with an OTE of $135K +. Company benefits include robust Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K with employer match, Company Holidays, and Paid Time Off.
