Current Opportunity Right now, we´re seeking an AI/ML Team Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable AI-powered solutions across the FEG business, driving measurable business outcomes. This role combines technical leadership and people management, guiding the team in building AI ML systems including LLM-powered applications, autonomous agents, and intelligent decision-making frameworks, while ensuring alignment with business goals. What You’ll Be Doing Your daily activities will include, but not limited to: Manage and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, including task allocation, performance management, and career development planning. Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of client-facing AI/ML features, collaborating closely with product managers and solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Design, develop, and deploy ML and Generative AI solutions on the Azure AI/ML ecosystem, including RAG-based applications and LLM-powered workflows. Build and optimize AI agents and prompt strategies for tasks such as recommendation, classification, summarization, and decision support. Collaborate with data engineering, MLOps, and platform teams to deploy, monitor, and operate models and AI systems in production. Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing technical direction, code reviews, and best-practice coaching. Drive continuous improvement in model performance, evaluation, and responsible AI practices, contributing to architectural and design reviews. What We’re Looking For A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision You Should Have Experience In At least 7 years of experience of working in data roles – Data Analyst, Business Analyst and Data Scientist 4 + years of experience in programming and data science, MLOps and automation of models Demonstrated experience in leading teams, mentoring engineers/data scientists, and driving project delivery. Great understanding of all machine learning techniques and its application on business problems Proven experience with Generative AI and LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, agent-based systems). Experience with ML on MS Azure stack in combination with Python, SQL Strong business understanding.
