Group Continuous Improvement and Innovation Engineer

In this international role, you will support the deployment of the Group Continuous Improvement framework, accelerate digital initiatives, and leverage data and analytics to improve operational performance worldwide.
Your Role
- Drive the deployment and continuous improvement of the Group Quality Continuous Improvement framework across regions and manufacturing plants.
- Partner with Quality, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, sharing best practices and supporting local teams in structured problem-solving and project execution.
- Support Smart Factory and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective integration with quality and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain global dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide visibility on Quality and Continuous Improvement performance.
- Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of automation, analytics, and AI-based solutions that enhance decision-making and business performance.
- Deliver training, coaching, and workshops on Continuous Improvement methodologies, quality tools, and best practices.
- Support capability building across regions to strengthen Continuous Improvement culture and execution.
Your Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations Excellence, or Digital Transformation environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Experience managing improvement projects and collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and experience using business intelligence tools such as QlikSense.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital technologies supporting analytics, automation, and operational excellence.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, HTML, or similar) to support automation and digital solution development.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous learning.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to travel internationally up to 50%.

- Gross annual salary no less than: € 45.000
