- Responsible
for line and/or process start-up, product recommendations, customized
products applications, trials with new products and troubleshooting at customers or at the laboratory - Responsible
for products application / technical training and coaching of field sales
forces and customers - Responsible
for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members
of AE field team or project team members - Consult customers on solutions generating value for their processes
- Identify opportunities to provide equipment solutions to enhance customer related processes
- Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
- Reports quality issues / customers claims to relevant parts of the organization
- May supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers
- Promote internally SBU innovations and best learnings cross accounts
What makes you a good fit
- Master's Degree in Chemistry and/or materials
- Practical lab skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
- Available to travel (50%) in Italy and Greece (also abroad if necessary for customers needs)
- Fluent in italian and english

Gross annual salary starting from €37.000
