Group People Systems Specialist
Bucharest | Hybrid | €30,000–33,000 gross/year
HR systems are your expertise. Making them work better is what you enjoy.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HRIS professional who wants functional ownership and international exposure in a Specialist role.
You’ll administer and improve HR platforms supporting 1,700+ employees across several European countries, combining configurations, data and reporting with rollouts and user support.
Based in the Group Shared Services Center in Bucharest, you’ll report directly to the Group Chief People & Culture Officer.
If you have around 5 years of HR systems experience, enjoy solving technical problems and work confidently in English, this could be your next step. French would be a strong advantage.
Sounds like a fit? Take a closer look before you apply.
The role in detail
Your main focus will be the Group’s Core HR platform, alongside performance, recruitment and learning systems. You’ll take functional ownership, working independently on day-to-day administration and collaborating with HR teams and technology providers on improvements.
Core HR and data
- Manage configurations, workflows, permissions and access rights.
- Maintain accurate employee data, consistent data standards and GDPR compliance.
- Oversee integrations and data flows between HR platforms.
- Build reports and dashboards, and maintain job frameworks and organizational structures within the system.
Performance, recruitment and learning systems
- Configure annual and mid-year performance review campaigns, including templates, approval workflows and reporting.
- Monitor campaign progress and support managers and HR teams.
- Help manage ATS configurations, recruitment workflows, job boards and licences.
- Support Altavia Academy’s learning programs, sessions, licences and reporting.
Rollouts and improvements
- Support HRIS implementations across European Business Units.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with technology providers.
- Create user guides, deliver training and identify opportunities for automation.
The experience you’ll need
You’ll bring hands-on experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cegid, Talentsoft or similar platforms, together with a strong understanding of HR processes.
You should be comfortable translating business needs into configurations, working with data and integrations, and supporting implementations or improvements. Taking ownership and following issues through to resolution will be essential.
What’s included
€30,000–33,000 gross/year.
Hybrid working in Bucharest.
Meal vouchers and private medical subscription.
Group-level scope and direct collaboration with HR leadership.
